Shipping & Returns
The policies below outline how we handle processing, shipping, tracking and returns. Due to the nature of our cosmetic skincare products, all sales are final.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received.
Shipping
We offer three delivery options, all shown at checkout with their rates:
Hawaii Inter-Island Shipping
Complimentary shipping to all Hawaiian island addresses. Your order is delivered at no charge, anywhere within the state of Hawaii.
Continental U.S. & Territories
Shipping to all other U.S. states and territories is a flat $9.95 — and it's free on orders over $150. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order in person? Select the pickup option at checkout and collect your order at Egan's Fitness in Honolulu, Hawaii. You'll receive a ready-for-pickup notification once your order is prepared.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives with an issue, please contact us at support@inoues.com so we can help resolve it. Please include your order number if you have it.
Returns
Due to the nature of our cosmetic skincare products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. For health and hygiene reasons, products cannot be restocked once they have left our facility. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us at support@inoues.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@inoues.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will make it right.
